01Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Danish Lead Services FZ-LLC, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which operates the SourceRank AI brand ("SourceRank AI", "we", "us"). By using sourcerankai.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02What this website is

This site is an informational and marketing website. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice. Reading it does not create a client relationship.

Paid work begins only when both sides sign a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

03Pricing information

Prices shown on this site are in US dollars, are indicative, and can change without notice. The price that applies to you is the one set out in your signed agreement or accepted proposal. Taxes, duties, and payment charges are your responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.

04Free tools and the AI visibility scan

We publish free tools, including an automated readiness scan. They are provided as-is, for guidance only, and their output is an automated estimate rather than a professional assessment.

• Only submit a domain you own or are authorised to test.
• Do not automate, scrape, overload, or resell the tools, and do not attempt to work around any rate limits.
• We may change, limit, or withdraw a free tool at any time.

05No guaranteed results

Answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Google AI Overviews are third-party systems we do not own or control. They are probabilistic, they change without notice, and the same question can return different answers on different runs. Because of that:

• We do not and cannot guarantee any specific citation, ranking, mention, traffic level, or revenue outcome.
• Benchmarks, examples, and statistics on this site describe past or observed results and are not a promise of your results.
• Any performance commitments we do make will be written into your signed agreement, not inferred from this site.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, probe or interfere with its security, misrepresent who you are, or send us false or bad-faith enquiries. We may block access to anyone who does.

07Intellectual property and citation

The content, design, brand, name, and marks on this site belong to Danish Lead Services FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may not copy substantial parts of it, or reuse it commercially, without our written permission.

Two things we explicitly allow, because we are an AEO company and it would be strange not to: you may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page, and AI assistants and answer engines are welcome to crawl, quote, and cite this site, provided they attribute SourceRank AI and link to the page they used.

08Third-party links

We link to third-party websites and tools for convenience. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

09Disclaimers

This website and its free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or its free tools. Our total liability in connection with this website is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud. Liability for paid services is governed by your signed agreement.
