Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use sourcerankai.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how to get it removed.

01Who we are
SourceRank AI is the Answer Engine Optimization brand of Danish Lead Services FZ-LLC, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the company behind Danish Lead Co. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Danish Lead Services FZ-LLC. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
This policy covers the website sourcerankai.com. Our client portal at app.sourcerankai.com and any service we deliver under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement in addition to this policy.
Questions, requests, or complaints: hello@sourcerankai.com.
02What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company name, website, which service you are interested in, and your message. We also record which page you submitted the form from.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, our server records your browser's user-agent string and a salted, one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is used to detect abuse and spam. We do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
The free AI visibility scan
If you run the free readiness scan, you give us a domain name. Our server fetches only publicly available files from that domain (homepage, robots.txt, llms.txt, sitemap.xml) and scores them. The scan does not store the fetched content and does not log the domain you entered. Only run a scan for a domain you own or are authorised to test.
What we do not collect
- No cookies. This website sets none, so there is no cookie banner to click.
- No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools.
- No third-party fonts, embeds, or CDNs. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so your visit is not shared with anyone by simply loading a page.
- No sale of personal data, ever, and no sharing of it for advertising.
03Why we use it
- To reply to you. Answering your enquiry, sending the audit or proposal you asked for, and following up about it.
- To provide our services. Delivering and administering work agreed with you or your company.
- To keep the site working and safe. Preventing spam and abuse, and diagnosing errors.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Where we are required to keep records.
Where the GDPR or comparable law applies, we rely on your consent when you choose to contact us, on legitimate interests for security, spam prevention, and responding to business enquiries, on performance of a contract when we are delivering services to you, and on legal obligation where record-keeping is required.
04Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as far as they need it to do their job:
- Netlify, for website hosting, delivery, and server logs.
- Supabase, for the database that stores contact-form submissions.
- Internal communication tools (our email and team messaging systems), which notify us that a new enquiry has arrived.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
05International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers operate globally, so your information may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the transfer safeguards our providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact if nothing comes of it. Records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons are kept for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
07How we protect it
Submissions travel over HTTPS and are written to an access-controlled database using server-side credentials that are never exposed in the browser. IP addresses are stored only as a salted one-way hash. Access is limited to the people at Danish Lead Co who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface deliberately small: no trackers, no cookies, no third-party scripts.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sourcerankai.com. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will never make you jump through hoops to be forgotten.
09Marketing
If we email you about our services, every message includes a one-click way to opt out, and we act on it immediately. Danish Lead Co also runs outbound campaigns for its clients; that activity is separate from this website, and each of those emails carries its own opt-out.
10Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
